We do not share any donor information with other organizations. When purchasing a product, 100% of the proceeds go to the organizations of your choice under the Happy Earth name. Your name and contact information is confidentially added to our mailing list, and if at any time you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list, please contact the hello@happyearth.com and we will honor your request.

Happy Earth does not share your personal information with any third party. It is our policy not to sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Happy Earth does not share your information with telemarketing centers and we do not use telemarketing for solicitation.

How does Happy Earth process credit card purchases?
Happy Earth Uses a credit card terminal to process credit card transactions. Credit card information is obtained by manually entering the credit card number. We handle your purchase with care. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child without consent from the child’s parent(s).
